Outdoor pools are available for you summer fun.  The Lenexa Recreation Center has an indoor pool with something for everyone.  It is a 14,000 square-foot facility that has fun water features, lap lanes for swimming, a warm water wellness pool, and 2 tall water slides.

The Lenexa Farmers Market only sells products that are locally grown, raised, or made, within 250 miles or throughout Kansas.  Each Saturday and Tuesday during the Market season, you can expect a great selection of products like fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, baked goods, flowers, body care products, and more!

For the golf enthusiast their are 4 local Golf courses.  2 public, 1 semi-private, and 1 private.

Lenexa is approximately 25 minutes from downtown Kansas City, MO home to the Country Club Plaza and Crown Center with shopping, dining, and entertainment.  Crown Center and Union Station have several free attractions:  Hallmark Visitors Center, Kaleidoscope, Kids Play area, Model Trains, and Money Museum.

Both the KC Royals and the KC Chief Stadiums are within 45 minutes of Lenexa for the sports enthusiasts in your family.
